Description

Typed letter sent from J.H. Pillsbury, principal of Waban School to Alfred E. Stearns. Provides dates for spring vacation. Asks where Sun will be spending vacation.

Transcription

My dear Mr. Stearns:

The present term will close with examinations on Thursday, Friday and Saturday March 24, 5 and 6, and the spring term will begin April 6th.

If you wish Sun to spend his vacation other than at Waban, please let me know. I shall not expect him to go off so uncermoniously [sic] as he did for the Christmas vacation. In the main he has given me very little trouble but now and then he is quite too independent for my fancy.

Yours truly,

Dictated.
