My dear Fayuen:
In answer to inquiry about "Nichols" Academy, I learn that the school has gone out of existence. Mr. Knapp told me that he had heard these remarks and a letter received today from a former Principal confirms the report. This makes it necessary for us to look about for a new school, and I must again ask you to come to Andover to discuss the matter with me. Come tomorrow, Thursday, if possible, for I must be away most of Friday and Saturday.
Sincerely yours,
Principal
