The last word I had from Charlie Tsai, or Kuo Fang, if you want his Chinese name, was from the Eastman Business College at Poughkeepsie, New York, where he was supposed to be taking the business course. I have had two or three postals from Europe, supposedly from Charlie’s older brother who is working his way back to China, and I have never felt quite sure whether he had decided to take the younger brother with him or not. If the Eastman Business College cannot give you any light, I think it is a safe guess that Charlie is either on his way to or has reached his native land. Ever yours. D.V.
