Recently they played the annual soccer game: "Dartmouth” vs. "Princeton", the former winning by one point! Mary will be interested to know that Bobby Gallagher was captain of the "Princeton" team. Even at this early date, applications are coming in for Camp 1927. We are therefore sending this letter to all old campers whom we desire to invite back to Sea Pines. It is a pleasure to write you that Mary is included in this group. As you probably anticipated last year, we are compelled to increase the tuition from $300.00 to $350.00. However for the old campers invited to return, we are giving the privilege of old rates, $300.00. It would be a great help to us in planning for the summer if we could receive your definite application not later than January 15th. We are therefore enclosing the registration blank. If it is quite impossible for you to come to a decision at this time, we will, upon receipt of the enclosed card, extend the date of acceptance to March 1st. We hope Mary is enjoying her school year and is well and happy. Since the real test of the value of camp is its carrying power throughout the year, we should like very much to receive the enclosed questionnaire, filled out at your convenience. If it would be of help to Mary, Miss Faith would be glad to write her at your suggestion. Mary was such a splendid camper that we hope she will be with us next summer. While there are a number of new and very delightful girls coming to us, yet of course the majority of campers this summer will be as always the girls who have been with us before. Last year we had to turn away desirable people because we did not have room for them. Of course you know that we are glad to have Mary back this year if it is your desire to send her.
