In regard to Alfred Tsai’s account, we have been giving him, according to your suggestion, a regular weekly allowance of one dollar. This is entered as cash on the bill. Occasionally Alfred has asked for extra money for the purchase of some little item of clothing etc. Whenever the request has seemed necessary or reasonable I have increased the amount of the weekly allowance to cover it.
