I have talked this over with both of them in times past, and I am sure that they have all the material at hand that they can use, and that if they are really in earnest, as I believe them to be, they will make good use of these facilities. When one reads these letters, it is hard to realize that they are from the other side of the world and from one of another race and color. Don't feel any hurry about that financial statement, but suit your own convenience. Up to date I have been able to add considerably to the sum which Mr. Tsai sent me originally by keeping the bulk of it at interest.
