Swavely, Principal of the Army & Navy Preparatory School at Washington, D.C. a certificate covering the work of Mr. T.Kai Liang at that school. From the certificate we can accept, in place of entrance examinations, the following required subjects: Elementary and Intermediate Algebra; Plane and Solid Geometry; Chemistry; United States History; French. We can also accept the following elective subjects: German; Advanced Algebra; Trigonomety. The required Algebra and Geometry count 3 units, the Chemistry 1 unit, the History 1 unit, and the French 2 units. This leaves 3 required units in English for the work of the current year.
