Mr. Robinson represents the Sub-Target Gum Company and is visiting China in the interests of his firm. At the time that arrival of your countrymen underwent a most unpleasant and unjust treatment at the hands of some of our petty officials in Boston, Mr. Robinson was indefatigable in his efforts to help these boys out of their difficulties and to bring about the administration of proper and decent justice. It was through no fault of his that the results were not more satisfactory, and on one felt more keenly than did he the injustice and unfairness of it all.
