After what I have been going through with Chow I have been counting on your good record to more than overcome the disappointments recorded there. Don’t, I beg of you, go back on us now. You have left a fine record behind you here at Andover, even if it has not been over-brilliant in scholarship. I don’t expect you to lead the class, but I do expect you to maintain a clean and satisfactory record well above the passing grade.
