Summer tutoring schools and camps are regularly pretty high-priced; on the other hand, I don’t like to see boys, foreigners especially, turned loose for a vacation life at beaches, hotels, and summer resorts, and even that life is, of course, highly expensive also. I shall endeavor to arrange with the boy himself for a vacation that will prove as inexpensive as practicable and at the same time will give the lad a healthful and a profitable summer.
