Dear Sir: Would you care to accept a shield in dark oak, upon which is mounted the coat-of-arms of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in bronze? This would make a handsome and suitable ornament to be hung in the corridor of your school. It is about 16” in height and about 15” in width at the upper part of the shield. It is very well made.
